Section 1

Terms of use

BagDrop lockers are operated by 8Venture Co., Ltd. (registration no. 0105569178707). By paying for a locker you agree to these terms. A locker is rented for storage only; it is not a safe-deposit box and BagDrop does not take possession of its contents.

You pay THB 50 for each started hour, up to THB 300 per calendar day. The first hour is charged at drop-off and any further time on collection.

Section 2

Prohibited items

Do not store hazardous, flammable or explosive goods; perishable food; cash, jewellery or other valuables; animals; weapons; or anything illegal. BagDrop may open a locker, with the police where required, if it reasonably believes a prohibited item is inside.

Section 3

Liability

If goods are lost or damaged while stored because of BagDrop's fault, our liability is limited to THB 5,000 per locker. We are not liable for prohibited items or for loss caused by sharing your PIN.

Section 4

Abandoned property

Items left for more than three days are removed and held for a further 30 days. We contact you using the phone number given at payment. Unclaimed items after that period are disposed of in line with Thai law.

Section 5

Refunds

If a locker fails to open, lock or accept your bag, you are refunded in full to the card or PromptPay account used. Contact us on LINE with your locker number and time.

Section 6

Privacy (PDPA)

8Venture Co., Ltd. is the data controller. We collect your phone number to send your PIN and receipts, and payment details through our payment processor. We keep records for as long as required by law, and never sell your data. You may ask to see, correct or delete your data at hello@bagdrop.co.th.
